WhenBorderlandsfans tuned in to theBorderlands 3gameplay reveal, many expected Gearbox to release some newBorderlands: Game of the Year Editionshift codes to celebrate. Unfortunately, no newBorderlandsremastered shift codes were released during theBorderlands 3gameplay reveal event, but now Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford has taken to Twitter to release a new code.
LikepastBorderlandsshift codes, this new shift code works for all versions of the game across PC, PS4, and Xbox One. And also like past shift codes, this one will net players 5 golden keys after it’s redeemed. These golden keys can be redeemed at the golden chest in Fyrestone for the chance to get some of the game’s most valuable loot.

It’s worth pointing out that some people on Twitter have complained that this latest shift code isn’t working for them. Gearbox hasn’t issued a statement as to why the latestBorderlandsshift code doesn’t work, but it doesn’t seem to be all that widespread of an issue. MostBorderlands: Game of the Year Editionplayers should be able to input the newestBorderlandsshift code and redeem their 5 golden keys with no problem.
Of course, this isn’t the first time a shift code has been released forBorderlandsremastered. In fact, this is the fifthBorderlandsshift code that has been released so far. The other four shift codes can be found below. All of them still work at the time of this writing, and while it’s unclear if they’ll ever expire, those interested should make it a point to redeem them as soon as possible. Please note that all of these shift codes will get players 5 golden keys inBorderlands: Game of the Year Edition.
In the future, those interested in newBorderlandsshift codes should keep an eye on Randy Pitchford’s Twitter account. So far, all but one of theBorderlands: Game of the Year Editionshift codes has been released there, so it’s a safe bet future shift codes will appear there first.
