The next location to get theLego The Simpsonstreatment is Springfield’s fictional fast food joint, Krusty Burger. A loose parody of McDonald’s that relies heavily on Krusty the Clown’s presence in its marketing materials, Krusty Burger has been central to the plots of many classic episodes of the series. It is the location of Officer Lou, Officer Eddie, and Chief Wiggum’s iconicPulp Fictionhomage in season 8, episode 21, “22 Short Films About Springfield."
The set includes a Krusty the Clown figurine, as well as Bart, Homer, Lisa. Sideshow Bob, and the Squeaky Voiced Teen.
This could explain why an Officer Lou figurine is included as part of the set.
