Unless Nintendo decides to issue multiple Switch Online Expansion Pack updates in December, which seems unlikely, the most likely scenario is that those games have slipped to 2024.
As far asJet Force Geminigoes, it earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release, and while it’s not remembered nearly as fondly as Rare’s bigger N64 games, it has become a cult classic.
