Following on from rumors that the next-generation DS wasalready in the handsof developers is a fresh bit of gossip claiming that Pokemon Company has its talons on the thing, and that it does indeed have the motion control that waspreviously discussed.
“It’s genuinely the best thing I think I’ve ever worked with,” claims a CVG source. “I can tell you that it’s got a ’tilt’ function that’s not dissimilar to iPhone, but does a lot more. We know that The Pokemon Company are getting special attention with it.”
As for when the DS2 is formally announced, nobody knows. March is allegedly too soon for Nintendo’s current timeline, so maybe we’ll see something at E3? In any case, you can expect all sorts of speculation to swamp the Internet between now and the system’s official reveal.
