It’s been over four years sinceRollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Editionfirst launched, and now more platforms are finally on the horizon. Atari is bringing the sim to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on August 10, 2025.

TheComplete Editionpreviously made its way to PC andNintendo Switchin September 2020. Turning back the clock even further, the originalRollercoaster Tycoon 3celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. That certainly lands it firmly in the “nostalgic” camp for some at this point, and you can stoke those rose-tinted fires with the announcement trailer below.

Rollercoaster Tycoon Complete Edition

As its title suggests,RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Editionincludes the third entry in full HD along with the content from the expansion packs. TheSoaked!expansion is all about water parks and theWild!expansion has you throwing animal habitats into the mix. The full package here seems right in line with previous versions, so don’t go into the PlayStation and Xbox ports looking for anything new.

The rest is more or less just how we all remember it. You’ll be tasked with managing everything from staff to shops as you attempt to grow your theme park. Or, if you just feel like going wild, you can hit up sandbox mode and build the park of your dreams without worrying about a ballooning budget.
