9-1-1: Nashvillecan take the9-1-1franchise to another level, with country music playing a prominent part in the show, and there could be crossover appearances from characters in previous shows.9-1-1: Lone Starteased Owen’s deathin the finale, only to do an about-turn and reveal that the character had survived, andthis opens up opportunities for him to have an arc on9-1-1: Nashville, should the narrative allow for it.

Owen’s9-1-1: Lone Starstoryline was concluded, but it did feel like there was more to come from him, especially due to the fact that the character did not die.

Interestingly,Lowe actually pushed for Owen’s death at the end of9-1-1: Lone Star, so it is interesting that he is open to seeing Owen return in the9-1-1: Nashvillespinoff. The new show will have plenty of opportunities for Strand to appear, and it will be curious to see how the character’s life has progressed since then, and what the deal is with his cancer diagnosis. Tim Minear, executive producer on9-1-1: Nashvillerevealed that there are no plans for the character to appear right now, but didn’t rule it the possibility of an appearance.

Our Take On Lowe’s Potential 9-1-1: Nashville Chances

Nothing Is Confirmed, But A Return Could Be A Good Way To Continue Owen’s Arc

Minear confirming there are no plans for Lowe to appear right now doesn’t mean that this should be ruled out, especially as the actor’s brother is involved in the production of9-1-1: Nashville. Owen’s9-1-1: Lone Starstoryline was concluded, but it did feel like there was more to come from him, especially due to the fact that the character did not die. And I suspect there will be the opportunity for Lowe’s character to come back at some point, but it will have to be right for the story.
