Pokemon GOplayers getone free Battle Raid per day(or two if they skip a day), but after that each encounter costs about $1 worth of the in-game currency. Despite the cost, many players end up participating in multiple Raids per day when a special event is happening. That was recently the case when a group of players decided to organize a Legendary Raid day and got over 40 participants together to tackle level 5Pokemon GOencounters from 6am until the sun went down.

The event sounds like a complete success and the players who toughed it out through the whole day managed to meet their goal of completing over 40 Legendary Raid Battles, includingone Mewtwo EX Raid. Considering how much of a number cruncher communityPokemon GOis, it should come as no surprise that one of the participants put together some interesting stats about his account’s XP and rewards for the day.

Here’s a look at the stat’s courtesy of theBattle Raid Day Reddit post…

Some hardcore players may shake their heads at the small number of Charge TMs obtained, but all things considered, it’s not a bad haul at all. As a matter of fact, only one app crash is probably the most impressive statistic included.

For players who are still struggling to level up in the game’s brutal end-game grind, that 500k XP (with no Lucky Egg) definitely further proves that level 5 raids are the way to go for quick experience, if you can afford them. At 10k XP each, players can put a serious dent in those XP meters just by dedicating a day to Legendary Raids. Even if you don’t have the time or coins to complete 40 Battle Raids in a day, Legendary Raids are still a great strategy for leveling up quickly.

Good luck out there, trainers!
