Developer Niantic recently released a slew of new Generation 3 Pokemon intoPokemon GOand is now giving players a hand in capturing them for a limited time. To celebrate the newcomers,Pokemon GOis holding a small, in-game event, of sorts. Currently, every time a trainer hatches an egg, the egg will feature a Pokemon from the Hoenn region. This means players will have better chances of snagging some of those new Generation 3 Pokemon, but there’s no word on how long it will last....

Pokemon GOraids continue to be a source of controversy for the popular mobile game. Many fans have criticized the way raids are implemented in the game, particularly EX Raids, which currently seem to be plagued by an invite bug. Now yet another problem with raids has been discovered, where players aren’t getting credit for completing legendary raids and EX Raids inPokemon GO. According to a post on Twitter by Niantic Support, there is an issue where legendary raids and EX Raids don’t count toward players' “Battles Won” statistic....

Niantic has announced that a new shiny Pokemon is coming toPokemon GO. This time, it’s a first-generation Grass Type Pokemon, Oddish, that will start appearing in its shiny form. Pokemon GOhas been on a roll lately, announcing all sorts of new content and events. Niantic recently hinted atRotom inPokemon GO, new events, and much more. It’s clear that the company is making sure they keep players entertained as Fall and Winter make it less desirable to go out and catch Pokemon....
