In an episode of the podcast Impaulsive, hosted by Logan Paul, theYouTubestar was asked by the host whether he would consider boxing. Markiplier, real name Mark Fischbach, responded with a chuckle, saying that he didn’t want to “get punched in the face.” The famous gamer added that he had a lot of respect for boxing in general, saying that he follows it and considers it a “beautiful sport,” but reiterated that he didn’t have any desire to box himself.

While the clip of this segment of the podcast doesn’t have any context, it’s likely that Paul asked the question due to the recent trend of content creators getting into the ring.Logan Paul himself boxed Floyd Mayweatherlast summer, in which no winner was officially announced. However, a few months ago, Paul said he was taking Mayweather to court to sue him for millions that he says is still owed for the fight. At the time of writing, it doesn’t appear that there have been any further developments on this story.

Paul is not the only social media star to have been in the ring.
