And there would be no better way to end the show.Concluding the series with Francesca’s season would finish a story first set up in season 3(with her marriage to John Stirling and her meeting his cousin, Michaela), meaning the payoff would be more satisfying.
Francesca’s story also has a unique, important romancethat would be difficult for any other couple to beat. So, Hyacinth and Gregory’s seasons would be fighting an uphill battle. Ultimately,Bridgertonending with season 6 is perfect because it guarantees closure for the last Bridgerton sibling with a significant role in the series.
