Avid hunters looking for an opportunity to get hands-on anXbox Series Xcan rejoice once more, as another one comes as soon as tomorrow. Tech gaming retailer GameStop announced today that on Wednesday, a limited number ofXbox Series Xconsoles will be available online only, and exclusively through the Xbox All Access program.
By now, those in search of a console are more than aware of all the hindrances keeping them from finally obtaining one. Amidst global chip shortages and the ongoing pandemic, retailers have also been quick to sell out once obtaining any Xbox Series X stock. The same goes for rival console PlayStation 5,which also saw some delays due to the Suez-Canal ship. Either way, the chances for a next-generation console have been slim to none.

For those who are familiar with the Xbox All Access program, they better act fast if they want to finally get an Xbox Series X. The last time that the retailer had next-generation console stock,GameStop sold out within a few hoursof the news spreading. The good thing is this time around, fans have roughly a day to prepare their money and clear their carts.
Even better, the notification a day in advance gives the particularly dedicated console hunters a chance to jump into the Xbox All Access program. Regular GameStop customers won’t have any access to the sale, and even though the subscription has some eligibility requirements, once approved, it’d be an easy buy. On the other hand, a contract is part of the sign-up process and prohibits canceling the program after 30 days. There’s no going back after that, so anyone going this route ought to make sure they can see it through.
Otherwise, console connoisseurs are out of luck for now. Until GameStop or another retailer manages to line up moreXbox Series Xstock, anybody hunting for one will be stuck playing the waiting game instead.
