The setting is now available in the console versions

The team at The Game Bakers has shown generous support forFuri, and those good vibes continue this week with theFreedom update. Among other features, the ruthless boss-rush fighter now sports an Invincible Mode: a way to “enjoy the audiovisual and narrative experience” without frustration and also a tool to assist speedrunners and “the most hardcore players who want to practice their fight.”

Beyond Invincible Mode, there’s also a skirmish with Bernard, a prototype boss drawing “inspiration from the best of all the bosses,” a speedrun mode in the Furier difficulty setting, and another control scheme. If you own the Steam version, this will all sound familiar, but for everyone else, it’s new.
