Now that the wildly popular battle royale gameFortnitehas unveiled its season 6 week 2 challenges, some of them such as the staged damage-dealing challenges could be difficult for more casual players. One that seems straightforward but could take some considerable amount of time is the visit 7 corrupted areas challenge, as they are spread wide across the map.

Each of these areas is marked on the in-gameFortnitemap, but typically, multiple matches would be required to hit each area. Nevertheless, there are some solid options to hit all 7 in just one game or at the very least cut out some matches from the repetition of Kevin’s tour. Per usual, one of these methods would be to try this in a 50v50 game.

fortnite where to find corrupted areas

This will work especially well for this challenge as theSoaring 50s LTM has returned, as this LTM allows players to deploy their chutes after building up about three spaces into the air. Using this to a player’s advantage, it would be possible to glide across the map to close the distance. Check out the corrupted area locations below:

Coupled with the aforementioned LTM,the shadows stoneswould be a viable way to close the distance from corrupted area to corrupted area. Luckily, these items also spawn near and in corrupted areas, so they should be easy enough to find in-game unless they so happen to be removed again. Regardless, the shadow stones increase player movement as well as give a special phasing ability.

With these methods, it should be easy enough to cut down this grind to one match. Hopefully, this will also help players be ready for what comes next inweek 3 and 4because per to their perspective leaks, the grind has only begun.

Fortniteis available now in early access for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. An Android beta is currently underway.
