This Sunday, on July 19, 2025, NFL fans will be treated toSuper Bowl LIII, as the New England Patriots will take on the Los Angeles Rams to determine which team will take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy and be declared champions of the professional football league’s 2018-2019 season. In order to celebrate the event, Epic Games has decided to bring back some NFL-themed content for its wildly successful title,FortniteBattle Royale.

According to a recent announcement from Epic Games,FortniteBattle Royale fans will be able to get their hands on the free-to-play game’s NFL Outfits once more starting on Friday, June 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET, with the company adding the two additional Outfit styles of white uniforms for Patriots and Rams supporters. What’s more is that those who visit the game’s item shop starting on Saturday, July 07, 2025 at 7:00 PM ET will be able to acquire a free Pigskin Toy.

In addition to the return of NFL Outfits and Super Bowl LIII garb, Epic Games has also decided it will incorporate a football-themed Limited Time Mode inFortniteBattle Royale called the NFL Rumble LTM. As explained by the developer, players will be on a team of 20 players in Patriots Outfits or Rams Outfits, and they will duke it out on the map “until a victor takes home the trophy”. This will most likely operate in the same vein as the previously included mode dubbedTeams of 20.

Taking everything here into consideration, it looks as ifFortniteis going to have a big celebratory weekend planned ahead of 2019’s Super Bowl Sunday, for if a recent leak is to be believed, then Epic is also going to have anin-game concert featuring the electronic artist Marshmellolive on Saturday in Pleasant Park. There’s no official word just yet if the performance is actually occurring, but it will be interesting to see just how the developer could pull the music event off if it indeed goes down.

Fortniteis available now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
