Bethesda laid out its December plans forFallout 76through a recent blog post on the company’s official website. It provides a brief overview of patches that will be implemented throughout the month, along with descriptions of what those fixes will address.

Those who have been followingFallout 76since its release last month know that, in keeping with Bethesda tradition, the game is pretty buggy. The first of three patches was released on December 4 and helped squash a number of the bugs troubling players. Problems like the Power Armor issue that prevented players from actually exiting the armor have been fixed.

The patch also brought in balance changes and other improvements, such as a 50% increase to stash storage limit. The full list of bug fixes and other changes can be found in the1.0.2.0 patch notes.

On December 11, Bethesda is looking to bring even more enhancements with its second patch. There are also new features on the schedule, including new settings for PC players and the ability to respec SPECIAL points after level 50. The update will also add a new “Bulldozing” feature that allows players to clear rocks, trees, and other debris from the area.

There is one more patch tentatively scheduled for December 18. Bethesda is hopeful it can push the patch through by mid-December and will provide more details on the status of the patch as it nears the projected date. The focus of the patch will continue to be the game’s stability and solutions to player concerns.

This didn’t sit well with people, especially after it was discovered that actual canvas bags were handed out to content creators and influencers who attended a recentFallout 76promotional event. After major backlash, and threats of legal action,Bethesda agreed to replace the cheap nylon bagswith canvas ones.
