Grand Theft Autohas been getting a lot of attention lately due to the announcement thatGTA 5will be ported to thePS5on release. While fans are excited that the game will carry over to the new console, they are also looking for something new. Elon Musk is hoping to change things up and give players a unique take on the Rockstar game.

Elon Muskhas once again taken to Twitter to make some eccentric posts, with these ones revolving around theGrand Theft Autogames. He told his followers that it would only be “a matter of time before someone steals a Tesla while playingGTAon a Tesla.” The phrasing of the Tweet left many fans confused. They were especially perplexed when he added that he meant the first post literally. While the string of words may have been difficult to understand, it appears that the SpaceX CEO is teasingGTAcompatibility to Tesla vehicles.

Musk has previously spoken out about adding the ability to play multiplayer video games toTesla cars. While this may seem alarming to some, he claims that this function would only be available to passengers of the vehicles when the games would be safe to play. When Tweeting about this idea initially in May, he brought up various games such asMinecraft, Pokemon Go, Pac-man, andMario Cart.

Currently, Tesla owners can load and play 2-D games such asCupheadwith their cars, but there has been no official word that other games will be added save Musk’s confusing Tweets. Rockstar Games has made no official statement in regard to these posts.
