The beta is still March 31 to April 3
I just got an email from Sony regarding theDoomclosed beta period, which is taking place just shy of a month before the game’s final release in early May. Sony notes that the beta is operating as scheduled, and that if players want, they can preload the build tomorrow.
The beta will kick off exactly at 10:00 PM ET on March 31, and will run until April 3 at 11:59 PM ET. Like everyone else I was disappointed withDoom 3, so I’m looking forward to seeing if the current incarnation of id Software can recapture the magic.
