For the next week,Destiny 2will be transformed into a Valentine-themed heart fest called Crimson Days. Once theDestiny 2servers are back up from emergency maintenance, the event runs from February 11th to the 18th to celebrate the holiday with confectioneries, epics, and other rewards. In order to get all the rewards, players will have to collect candies called “Confectionery Hearts” to exchange for loot.

Rewards for the Event

Players should log in once the servers are back up to start up the Crimson Days events, as well as grab theirfreeDestiny 2Twitch Prime Loot for the monthif they haven’t. Players should visit Tess Everis in the Tower to get their first Engram for the event; it gives a free cosmetic just for logging in and chatting with Tess.

The Crimson Days Rewards and Hearts Explanation

There is also some premium merch available from Tess for Silver, Bright Dust, or either. Players can earn Dust by playing, but Silver can’t really be earned in game but can be purchased throughmoreDestiny 2microtransactions.

How to Earn Hearts for Rewards

So how can players get thoseDestiny 2Confectionery Hearts and snag those rewards? For the most part, they’ll have to go through Shaxx to get them, either with PvP or PvE matches in the Crucible. Players will earn:

Players can also utilize leftover Hearts from last year’s Crimson Days.

Players will also earn Dust by completing these challenges, so it will also help to get some of those premium items that can’t be purchased with Hearts. While it’s not thebest way to farm Dustfor the premium items, players will most likely want to do these challenges anyway for the Hearts.
