Deadpool 3set photos show what Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool will look like in his MCU debut. Some fans think the set photos show additional details about the film’s plot.
Deadpool 3is the character’s first movie under the Disney umbrella, and most fans assumed there was no way Disney would makean R-ratedDeadpoolmovie. However, fans were pleasantly surprised when it was announced that they would be makingDeadpool 3and it would retain the franchise’s R-rated content.

The Mirrorrevealed multipleDeadpool 3set photos that give fans a good look at the suit Reynolds wears in the film. Unsurprisingly, there are not many design changes from the first two films. The red is seemingly slightly brighter, although that could be due to lighting and might be changed later in editing. Probably the only noticeable difference is the chest of the suit has some added black, and the material for the costume has possibly changed. For some reason, the photo on the left shows Deadpool missing his belt and holster.
TheDeadpool 3scene being filmed during these photos is reportedly a car crash in the forest with a stunt double playing Deadpool, as seen in the photo on the left. Some fans noticed the stunt double in the car’s front seat and thought this scene might have two Deadpools. Although it is more likely that this person is just a stunt double, it has been reported that the film will involve the multiverse and is rumored to include many different characters from the Fox franchises, includingChanning Tatum’s failed Gambit project.
Although fans can get a good look at Reynolds' Deadpool costume in these set photos, some fans are disappointed that the set photos don’t show anypictures of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverineor any of the other characters rumored to appear inDeadpool 3. Fans will have to wait and see if Jackman will finally don a comic-accurate suit in what is expected to be his last appearance as Wolverine.
Deadpool 3is scheduled to be released in theaters on August 02, 2025.
