Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueledjust kicked off itsfirst Grand Prix event, which are seasonal events that will give players the limited-time rewards for completing challenges. These rewards include new characters thatCrash Team Racing Nitro-Fueledplayers can add to their roster, with the first batch of DLC characters representing the Nitro Squad.
Future Grand Prix events will add even more DLC characters toCrash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, and while some have already been confirmed, a recent datamine posted on Resetera has revealed all the other characters coming to the game. The list is surprisingly expansive, and it includes characters from otherCrash Bandicootracing games, likeCrash Tag Team Racing, as well as theMario Party-style party gameCrash Bash.
If that weren’t enough, the list ofCrash Bandicoot Nitro-FueledDLC characters also includes five characters from theSpyro the Dragonfranchise. While we already knew Spyro would be DLC, we now know that he will be joined by his friend Hunter, as well as the villains Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and the Sorceress.

It seems as though Beenox is going all out with the Spyro-themed Grand Prix event, which is expected to take place in a couple of months. Assuming it also adds a brand new track like the other Grand Prix events, it will be interesting to see if the track is based on the world ofSpyro the Dragon, and if so, which level it takes inspiration from.
More on theSpyro the DragonDLCforCrash Team Racing Nitro-Fueledwill be revealed as we near its start date. In the meantime, fans have most the month of July to participate in the Nitro Tour and unlock characters like Tawna.
